Built on the foundations of winning coaches, Birmingham 1000 is a basketball programme that will facilitate the growth of the sport and development of players in the west midlands.
Our Mission is to use competitive basketball with a combination of education and transferable skills to celebrate the diversity and individuality which defines Birmingham, within a safe environment.
Our Vision is to create a basketball club that serves as a beacon of diversity and inclusion. Through our unwavering commitment to providing high-quality coaching and preparation, we aim to cultivate a culture of excellence where every player has the opportunity to thrive and reach their full potential on and off the court. We aspire to be a driving force for positive change in British Basketball and beyond.
Our Moto is #NoExcuses - “Excuses are tools in the direction of nothing. They build bridges to nowhere.” - we believe all decisions a processes should be forward facing, and we work with our players and coaches to emphasise that.
